pour-over @HCRCoffee brewing pour-over on a windy day at the Farmer's Market in Pearl Alley:
Hemisphere Roasters has joined a growing list of good coffee roasters available in the Columbus area. Along with Brioso, Hans and Hemisphere's beans have been making my mornings much brighter.
They are currently based out of Mechanicsburg, but have had a presence in the alley since the start of summer downtown selling whole beans, pour over coffee, iced coffee, and generally improving my Tuesday and Friday lunch.
I strongly recommend checking them out. They sell bags of fresh roasted beans in 12oz and 5# varities. They are pouring together a mobile roasting truck and looking at setting up shop in Clintonville. Hopefully we'll be setting some fresh beans in Weiland's and the Clintonville Community Market soon.
If you're in the alley, you owe it to yourself to get a fresh cup
